We're a Denver based search fund with the purpose of acquiring one Colorado based services company. We're looking for owners nearing retirement that have built lasting business and are ready to both i) earn meaningful value for your hard work and ii) hand over the reins to a team that will preserve and improve your legacy as if it were our own.
Our intention is to hold and operate the business for many years. We prioritize making decisions that will position the business for long-term success, including caring for the team, modernizing best-practices and technology, and investing in sales and marketing.
We strive to be flexible and understanding with timelines, goals, and team dynamics, and will meet you where you're at on your exit journey.
